Teen years can feel confusing to navigate. You might be seeing changes in mood, withdrawal, anxiety, or conflict and not knowing how to help.
You don’t have to have the “right words” to come to therapy.
If things have been feeling overwhelming, stressful, or just… a lot lately, this is a space where you can talk about it without being judged or told what you “should” be doing.
You can be honest here. Even if you’re not sure what you’re feeling yet.
We might talk, we might sit with things, we might figure things out slowly. There’s no pressure to open up all at once.
Therapy gives your teen a space that’s their own, while also keeping you supported and informed in ways that feel respectful and appropriate.
